Terms of Service
Last updated: April 18, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of HappyHorse, including the website, paid plans, credits, subscriptions, and AI generation features operated by HappyHorse1 in China.
By creating an account, purchasing credits, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use HappyHorse.
Operator
Accounts and Acceptable Use
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, malicious, or otherwise prohibited content. You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, moderation, billing controls, security restrictions, or provider safeguards.
Credits, Plans, and Payments
Paid features may be offered through one-time credit packs, recurring subscriptions, or other billing plans displayed on the pricing page. Credits are licensed for use within your account and are not transferable unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Payment processing, tax handling, and certain billing operations may be provided by Creem as merchant of record or by other authorized payment service providers. Your purchase may also be subject to the payment processor's own terms, checkout rules, and fraud checks.
Unless required by law or expressly stated on the checkout page, fees are non-refundable after successful delivery of credits, subscription activation, or generation access. We may refuse, suspend, reverse, or investigate transactions that appear fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, or unauthorized.
AI Output and User Responsibility
HappyHorse helps you generate content using third-party AI infrastructure. Generated output can be imperfect, incomplete, or unavailable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use, distribution, publication, or commercial deployment.
You represent that you have the rights needed for prompts, uploads, reference media, and downstream use of resulting assets. You remain responsible for compliance with intellectual property, privacy, advertising, platform, and local legal requirements.
Availability and Changes
We may update features, models, pricing, credit rules, limits, supported providers, or product packaging at any time. We may also suspend or discontinue any part of the service, including for maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or vendor changes.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, abuse the billing system, or expose the service or other users to harm. You may stop using the service at any time, and you may cancel an active subscription through the billing portal when available.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, specific model availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyHorse1 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of HappyHorse.
